Senior Pastor David L. Adams

Pastor David L. Adams is the founder and Sr. Pastor of Fruit of the Spirit Community Church in Southwest Houston, Texas. He was born on May 24, 1971 in Weimar, Texas and is the oldest child of David E. and Kimberle D. Adams. He is married to Kimberly L. Jackson-Adams and they have one daughter Destini L. Adams.

Pastor Adams was called into the ministry on September 8, 1996, under the leadership of Pastor Milton L. Jackson at New Evergreen Missionary Baptist Church. In 1998, Pastor Adams was appointed Youth Pastor, where he served faithfully until he received a higher call from God to organize Fruit of the Spirit Community Church in July of 2001.

Pastor Adams has a heart to teach God's people how to achieve God's best and preach liberty to the captives with simplicity and power. His emphasis in ministry is faith, family and success. Pastor Adams is currently pursuing his Masters degree at Slidell Seminary in New Orleans, La.

Though continually busy and consistently seeking new ways to promote the kingdom of God, Pastor Adams is also an inspirational, motivational speaker and life coach. He is also the founder of DL Adams Ministries where he holds crusades, seminars, and conferences to youth, families, men and women. He is also a successful business man and entrepreneur; owning and operating Into-Shape Fitness & Personal Training. But most of all David L. Adams is God's man and the ultimate family man. He loves and enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Kimberly L. Adams of 17 years and father to his daughter Destini L. Adams. Pastor Adams is a man with a vision from God and is committed to "Developing Fruitful Lives".

First Lady Kimberly Adams

First Lady Kimberly L. Adams is the wife of Pastor David L. Adams and co-founder of Fruit of the Spirit Community Church. Devoted to the vision of this ministry she assists her husband with a variety of duties to assure that his God-given assignment is carried out. She is the mother of one daughter, Destini L. Adams whom is a precious gift from God.

First Lady Kimberly Adams is the founder of Sister to Sister, a women fellowship that meets quarterly. This fellowship is designed to help women enhance their spiritual growth as well as develop in their personal relationships with others. She is also the founder of Sister Connection, which is an out reach ministry designed to glorify God by giving women the opportunity for spiritual development through a caring, supporting, and encouraging mentoring relationship. First Lady Kim has a heart for the women and is anointed to teach the Word of God as she lives her life as an example.
